Meet the Founder

I'm Brittany, the founder of Found.

I've spent my career working across Fortune 500 companies, including at the executive level, as well as in technology, data and analytics, and startup environments. My work has centered on solving complex problems, navigating change, and bringing the right people and perspectives together to move things forward.

I've seen firsthand that having a vision is only part of the equation. Turning that vision into something real takes thoughtful decisions, the right expertise, and people who can help you see what you might be missing.

I created Found to help women building businesses access the structure, perspectives, and relationships that can make the process less isolating and more actionable.

Because building something of your own shouldn't mean figuring everything out on your own.
