“Program” means any Found workshops, webinars, cohort sessions, office hours, and related offerings, and any associated materials, templates, frameworks, tools, or resources. By accessing or participating in any Found workshops, webinars, cohort sessions, office hours, or related program offerings, and by accessing any associated materials, templates, frameworks, tools, or resources (collectively, the “Program”), you acknowledge and agree to these Disclosures & Disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not enroll, attend, or use the Program.

The Program is educational and informational and shares general frameworks, tools, and peer learning to support your independent work. No promise or guarantee of any specific results, outcomes, revenue, funding, customer traction, product viability, or business success. Workshops, webinars, cohort sessions, and office hours may involve interactive discussion, peer feedback, and Q&A; guidance is illustrative, not tailored. You are solely responsible for assessing applicability.

Educational templates and frameworks are starting points requiring your independent review, customization, and validation. They are not a substitute for professional services or independent diligence.

4.3 Advisors, Mentors, and Guest Experts

Third‑party contributors speak for themselves, are not your agents, and do not owe you a duty of care; do not rely on their statements as professional advice. Found is not responsible for their statements, omissions, or opinions.

8.1 Your IP

You retain ownership of your pre‑existing and independently developed IP and content; you grant Found a limited, nonexclusive license to access and display your shared content solely to operate and facilitate the Program. Found does not claim ownership of your IP; you remain responsible for protecting it.

8.2 Found Materials; License Limits

Program content, frameworks, templates, and related resources are proprietary to Found and provided for personal use during the Program only; no copying, distribution, public display, or derivative works without prior written permission. All program materials are proprietary to Found and access does not transfer ownership.

8.3 Feedback

You may provide feedback; Found may use it without obligation or restriction under a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free right.

10.1 Session Recording and Consent

Sessions may be recorded for program operations, quality, or participant access; by participating, you consent to recording and use for Program purposes. Live sessions may be recorded for internal Program purposes. By participating, you consent to the recording of your image, voice, and contributions.

10.2 Privacy Notice

Personal information collection and use are governed by Found’s Privacy Notice, incorporated by reference.

12.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

12.2 Liability Cap

Found’s total aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the amounts paid or payable by you to Found for the Program during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater (to the extent liability is not lawfully excludable).
